How long can I work for your company?

The duration of your assignment depends on the individual requirements of our client companies. Whether short-term or long-term – we’ll find the right solution for you. Many of our assignments also offer a good chance of permanent employment with the client company.

What is the likelihood of being hired permanently?

Our current (2025) permanent placement rate is around 75 %. This means that three out of four of our employees are offered a permanent position by the client company after their assignment ends.

Can a temporary employment contract be converted into a permanent position?

Yes, this happens very often. Many of our employees start through temporary employment and later transition into a permanent position with the client company.

Will I still get paid if I am sick or on vacation?

Yes. You are employed with us just like in any other regular job. You are entitled to continued payment in case of illness and to paid vacation, in accordance with legal regulations and collective agreements.
