Why would anyone with a bachelor's or master's degree want to work for a staffing agency? 

We understand these concerns very well. But rest assured that you are in best company. Among others, doctors and pilots work for temporary employment agencies and often earn more than those employed directly by the company. The pay is comparable to that of a direct hire and you benefit from a collective union agreement. The most important point, however, is that this is an easy and straightforward way to start your career in an international organization. 

What is the probability of being converted to direct employment?

We work primarily with well-known, international customers whose stated goal is to convert their staff into full-time employees. Our quota in 2021 is 80%. We actively support you in this effort and also make it as easy as possible for the potential employer to convert your contract.

Is it safe to have a contract with a staffing agency? 

This contract is just as reliable as with any other company. Even if an employer offers you permanent employment in the company directly, he could still terminate it during the probationary period with short deadlines. Nowadays, an employer is always interested not only in finding the best employees, but also in retaining them for as long as possible. 

Do I get paid, if I am sick or on holidays?

Of course, you will continue to receive your full income. The collective agreement even contains a special regulation in this regard, in which overtime and bonuses are taken into account. You will therefore always receive the average of the last 3 months. On public holidays you will of course also receive your income.

How long may an employee work for our company?

The employee's assignment with you ends after a maximum of 18 months of uninterrupted work. However, you always have the option of hiring him or her permanently before this period.

What are the costs of Temp Staffing?

You pay an hourly rate based on the employee's wage costs, including surcharges. We only bill you for the hours the employee actually works, so you can calculate accurately. We then take over all wage costs, statutory costs and social security contributions and pay the net salary to the employee. We prepare all settlements in this context and relieve you as the client.

We also offer other payroll options, such as Payrolling Plus, which allows you to precisely calculate your employee's costs over a specific period of time.

Various billing structures are also available for long-term assignments. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

How exactly would our company and worknow proceed together?

In the first step, you contact us so that we can discuss your staffing wishes and requirements together. In the second step, we either find a suitable employee for you or advertise the position through our recruiting channels. We conclude a temp-staffing contract with your company in order to assign the employee to you. The employee is then assigned to your company and starts working for you.

You can contact us at any time if you are interested in hiring the employee permanently. 

Is it possible to change the temporary employment relationship into a direct employment contract?

In practice, you learn more about an employee than you ever could through an application. This way, you and your new employee get to know each other better and potentially move on to a permanent employment relationship.
